Tim, with a distinguished background in construction and architecture, personally designed and built Villa del Paraiso. Drawing on his 20+ years of experience managing a successful construction business in the U.S. and Mexico, Tim partnered with Ciara, who holds a Master’s degree in Business Psychology and Management, to create a truly unique venue.
