The minimum number of rental nights are two nights & three days over the weekend. A discount may be offered for additional night above the two night rental requirement. If you are planning any other social gathering or corporate retreats please contacts us for mid week arrangements.

The property can sleep 42 over-night guests with the use of king beds, queen beds and sofa sleepers.

The property check in time 12 noon on the day of the first rental night and check out is at 6pm on the last rental night

Villa del paraiso does supply each guest rooms with towels, linens along with all bedding. We do supply shampoo and bath soap in restrooms. Any specialty shampoo or conditioners should be brought by client. We also have a complete kitchen for cooking. We provide glassware, cooking pots and pans, plates and silverware for 42 guests. Beach towels are supplied. Guest will need to bring their own food, drinking water, alcohol and ice.  A recommended item list is provided to better assist our guest upon rental of the estate.

We suggest that you reserve your rental date 12 to 24 months in advance of the date you desire, as Villa del Paraiso is booked out a year in advance. Summer months at the estate is a highly desired time.

Yes, a $2000.00 deposit is required to reserve a date and must be paid in full.

The balance of the rental total, apart from the deposit, is divided into payments. Final payment is due 90 days prior to rental date.

Yes Villa del Paraiso Rental accepts, cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted at this time. For our clients in the United States, a direct deposit into our Wells Fargo Bank account or a check is acceptable payment.

In order to have an event at villa del paraiso, you must rent out the property for the minimum two nights , three days.

Villa del Paraiso has a separate group called, Villa Event Services that is a concierge service available to assist guests with event planning and event packages. We specialize in corporate retreats,  wedding ceremonies and receptions, along with tour packages for vacation rental clients.

Yes, Villa Event Service provides a complete service from start to finish; arrangement of the ceremony on site or at a local church with all the required products and services; furniture rental, catering, waiter’s services, floral, music, bar tending services, tent structures, lighting and illumination, desserts and cakes, along with many other added services.

Villa events can range anywhere from run from 50 to 500 people on the property.
