In 2005, Paradise family transformed this mid-20th-century Moorish retreat into an intimate fifteen-room Spanish Mediterranean estate called Villa del Paraiso. The edifice’s exquisite architecture and interiors were hand selected from products and materials throughout Mexico; fire burned brick, tumbled travertine, hand applied aged stucco, forged wrought iron and hand scrapped wood ceilings. The only remains of the once Moorish establishment is the cast brick pizza oven now a decorative element in the kitchen.
