We did a multicultural wedding (Indian and western) and they worked with us to do a multi day wedding in our budget. Having coordinated over 5 different quinceañeras, I was fully expecting planning my wedding to be just as stressful. Villa de Paraiso and its team made it so easy. Their systems and transparency when it came to very detailed invoices made it very easy to fully understand exactly what I was paying for, and how much. I have never experienced such detailed and itemized invoices. In their systems, I was able to access every single document pertaining to the planning of my event - from itemized invoices to food menus and detailed notes of every wedding planning meeting. Not to mention how responsive every single person involved was! Wedding tax is real, and planning a wedding was only made easy by Tim, Ciara, Ruth, and the rest of the Villa de Paraiso team. My husband and I got married here in July of 2025, to say this was the wedding of our dreams is an understatement. If you are considering Villa Del Paraiso for your wedding venue, don't think twice, BOOK THEM! Ciara and Ruth were truly heaven sent, making wedding planning fun and brought our vision to life. They are the sweetest and the service they provide is unmatched and stress free, they think of everything throughout the entire process! Perfect for both type A and type B brides. We honestly feel that our wedding cost a fraction of the price we would have paid in the US and the venue is stunning, especially at night, we have no regrets. HIGHLY recommend adding on the chef service for the entire weekend and booking transportation for your guests. Also recommend doing the 360 photobooth and shot cart to help loosen your guests up on the dance floor, then ending the night with the late night taco service. The entire experience was CHEF'S KISS! Their mostly all-inclusive approach made the entire planning process incredibly easy and stress-free, which is truly priceless when planning a wedding. They always took the time to listen to me, never once making me feel crazy or “too much,” and genuinely helped me refine and perfect my ideas. On the wedding day, my vision was executed perfectly—honestly even better than I imagined—and I was able to fully relax and enjoy every moment knowing I was in the best hands. My guest had an absolute blast, the bartenders were so attentive, the food was amazing from the cocktail hour up until the late night snacks our guest were so happy. Special shoutout to our server Ricardo for being so attentive to everyone- he was part of the reason our guests had such an amazing time! One of the best parts was being able to stay at the villa for four nights, which made the entire wedding experience feel like a dream getaway rather than just a single day. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for spending extended time with our closest friends and family. All the staff from the security guard at the gate to the kitchen ladies were so welcoming, Mica the house manager was so kind she is truly a gem. The food everyday was delicious, everyone staying overnight with us loved the food. Our bartender for the weekend Lupe was so fast and made sure everyone had a drink in their hand. From the very first point of contact, the entire process was effortless and seamless. Tim, Ciara, and Ruth worked diligently to answer every one of our questions promptly and thoroughly. We had nearly a two-year engagement, and even though we booked the venue far in advance, the team consistently made us feel like a top priority every step of the way. The venue itself is breathtaking and spacious, allowing you to host not just a wedding day, but an entire wedding weekend your guests will remember. The team goes above and beyond to listen to your vision and thoughtfully incorporate every detail, making the experience even more beautiful and personalized. We would recommend this venue--and this incredible team--to anyone. We stayed from Friday to Monday (with a Saturday wedding). While a majority of our family, and bridal party stayed on site, we had plenty of others that stayed at htoels near by. Early on in the process, the Villa del Paraiso team recommended Vista Hermosa which worked perfectly as they provided shuttles to and from our venue throughout the weekend. Additionally, the food is amazing! Villa del Paraiso's chef, Jorge, and his wife, Ame, are truly exceptional. I've been to many weddings, and it's often difficult for food prepared for large groups to come out warm and flavorful--but they absolutely delivered. We had countless guests tell us it was the best wedding food they'd ever had. Everything was served warm and prepared perfectly. My husband, Jake, and I are so sad our wedding weekend is over.
